Privacy Notice

This notice explains how OSADARE LTD, trading as True Troop for this training offer, handles information submitted through the Primavera P6 Practical Training website.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, consent choices and versions, a server-generated registration reference, referral page, and bounded campaign parameters. Security controls may also use technical information such as IP address and browser user agent for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service operation. Registration, consent, attribution, seat-hold, payment-status, enrollment, suppression, and email-event records are stored in the course administration system.

Payments

Stripe hosts the payment page and processes payment information. Card details do not pass through this website. Stripe provides server-signed payment events, status, correlation references, and transaction identifiers so we can administer enrollment.

How we use information

• To record and administer your course registration.
• To send cohort dates, access instructions, and service messages.
• To reconcile registrations with payments and respond to support requests.
• To send optional marketing only when you have separately consented.
• To understand which campaign brought visitors to the course.

Email and suppression

Registration receipts, verified-payment confirmation, learner preparation, session reminders, follow-ups, and course-administration messages are stored in a server-side queue before dispatch through Resend. Delivery, bounce, and complaint events are retained for service administration. Unsubscribe, hard-bounce, complaint, and manual-suppression records prevent inappropriate resend; a marketing preference does not block necessary course-administration messages.

Attribution and analytics

First-touch and last-touch campaign values are retained with the registration and passed only as server-owned correlation metadata. Optional GA4 and Meta-compatible measurement scripts load only after an explicit privacy choice. Names, email addresses, consent text, and payment identifiers are not included in analytics events.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers to host the website, store course-administration records, process payments, and deliver email. Those providers process information only for the relevant service. We retain records for course administration, payment reconciliation, security, support, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing email. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your registration information where applicable, contact support@thetruetroopconsulting.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
